Small group exercise is an opportunity to get to a class without large numbers. Looking to avoid the hustle of large busy gyms? Then this could be perfect for you. We are used to working in a clinical environment, so you can rest assured that our training space will be spotless. The advantage of small group training is that you will be coached not taught, what’s the difference? With coaching we can adapt movements of the class to suit your individual needs over just being given generic exercises to do. We care from start to finish during your time at The lodge.
