Our 
Over 50s Circuit Class is designed specifically for women and men who want to improve their strength, balance, energy and confidence—without the pressure of a typical gym.



Who’s this class for?

This class is ideal for anyone aged 50 and over who wants to:

  • Move more confidently in daily life
  • Improve heart health, muscle tone, and joint mobility
  • Exercise in a small, welcoming group
  • Get expert support for managing medical conditions like arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes or lower back pain
  • Build fitness gradually—at your own pace, with no judgement

No gym experience? No problem. We specialise in making exercise feel doable, safe, and even enjoyable.


What to expect

Each 60-minute session is built around a low-impact circuit training format, combining:

  • Strength exercises (with bands, light/moderate weights, bodyweight)
  • Balance and mobility work
  • Gentle cardio to support heart health
  • A full warm-up and cooldown to keep you moving safely

We’ll always offer progressions and regressions, so whether you're returning to exercise or just starting out, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.


Led by a Specialist Instructor

Luke Collins, a qualified GP Referral and Level 4 Exercise Specialist in Lower Back Pain, Cardiac Rehab, Obesity and Diabetes.

he created this class because he saw a gap: a place where people over 50 could exercise safely, build confidence, and actually enjoy moving their bodies again.


Whether you’re managing a health condition, recovering from injury, or just want to stay active and independent for longer—this class is for you.

Each class is 60 minutes and includes:

How to Get Started

Step 1: Join a 6-Week Course
This is your starting point. Learn the exercises, build confidence, and feel supported.
🗓️ One session per week   📍 Wednesdays at 5.30pm & Thursdays 7.30pm   💷 £65 for 6 weeks


After Your First 6 Weeks – Choose Your Path

Once you've completed the first course, you can continue in a way that suits you:


Option 1: Session Card (with App & Support)

  • Pay-as-you-go class credits
  • Continued access to the app, home workouts, nutrition and check-ins
  • Ideal if you want flexibility + full support


Option 2: Session Card (Class-Only)

  • Just the weekly class
  • Great for those who want to keep things simple


Option 3: Progress to Online Coaching or 1-2-1 PT

  • Take things further with tailored online support or private coaching
  • Perfect for those with more specific goals or changing needs
